News John Lorden, PE, has joined MSC as Director of Engineers, and will be taking over the Engineering responsibilities within the Firm. John has several years experience with site planning and permitting, with medium and large parcels throughout New England and New York. John is licensed in both Maine and New Hampshire and is currently seeking licensure in Massachusetts. MSC is proud to have John as a part of the team. Dennis Moulton, PE, Corey Colwell, LLS, Colin Serpa, SIT, and Steven Oles, SIT are pleased to announce the formation of a new company, MSC Civil Engineers and Land Surveyors, Inc. (MSC) The new company is the result of the purchase of AMES MSC from the Ames Corporation of Bangor, Maine. "It is our goal to continue the tradition of professionalism and customer care that has been our trademark since 1980." Signature projects of MSC are the Hilton Garden Inn and the Westin Hotel and Conference Center, both in Portsmouth, and The Golf Club of New England in Stratham and Greenland. Since its founding in 1980, MSC, Inc. has been providing land planning, site engineering, and surveying services for clients involved in a wide variety of commercial, industrial and residential development projects. In addition to design and plan production, an important part of MSC's service is obtaining regulatory board approvals for its clients. Along with numerous clients throughout the Seacoast Region, MSC, Inc. was part of the design team for the Golf Course of New England, working on Bridged stream and wetland crossings and aesthetic and drainage ponds. Hampton Meadows, a single family neighborhood of free standing condominium units currently in construction, was also a project of MSC, Inc., which incorporated upscale housing, elaborate landscaping, and innovative drainage treatment which creates water features at the site. |
